Love this app and how easy it is to maneuver around within the app.
FBT is the Best!
I’ve been a FBT customer for quite awhile now and I am so pleased with the relationship. I use two other banks, but FBT Is local, (in Malvern) and so easy to deal with. And unlike my other two banks, AVAILABLE if I need them. I actually get a person if I call, and my call is not routed to a call center in another country. I LOVE THAT!

“App update required”
“To keep my famers safe and secure the latest version is required” updating my deceive with the latest iOS version isn’t going to keep anything more safe or secure.
Transactions pending too long
Transactions take forever to post and stay in pending for days.

Handy App
I love this app. I can handle most of my banking through gh the app. The only issue I’ve experienced were related to me bile deposits. Most were rejected. So, I deposited them with another mobile bank app.

Mobile deposits
Let’s use a little common sense which seems to be lacking right now. The check showed for mobile deposit only as most checks do now that they are getting more common but was rejected because I had to hand write. No problem the computer probably messed it up so I called and was told the same thing from a person. Let’s use our brains. Just doesn’t make sense. Also had an issue for not signing up for mobile items. When you start an account that should be automatic.

Update
I tried to open the app on my phone, it informed me I need an update. I followed instructions and downloaded the update. I waited until it dated itself. Shut down the app and tried to open it again. It keeps giving me “I need an update and I don’t know of a way to by pass that box.
The new update makes the app useless to me
The latest update that requires iOS 16 makes the app totally useless to me as I have an older iPhone. When I contacted the bank about the issue I was told to use the banking website which works ok on my phone but doesn’t allow mobile deposits. Now I have to either drive 20 miles to the closest bank to deposit a check or buy a new phone. I’m not a happy customer !!!! 😡
