Hopeless app

I was really looking forward to using this app I downloaded but I cannot get it to connect to a volunteer I’ve tried countless times but still will not I emailed customer service no response I phoned them was promised a an email back to update me why I can’t connect to a volunteer no email from them app deleted

It was lovely to Begin with…

I loved the idea at the beginning. After I helped my first person it was great. But now I get notifications nearly everyday saying someone needs help and I click on the notification immediately just to find the call was cancelled or disappeared. Super frustrating as this happens daily.

Great App

this is a great little gem! I just downloaded it about an hour ago and have been toying with it. I'm still learning how to use it, but I think I've got the basics. I'm walking around my little apartment, letting the app narrate my surroundings to me. I turned off speech, since I use Voiceover. It's a fun app.
