What's New in MyFitnessClient

1.0.3

October 8, 2026

This update brings new features to workouts, nutrition and chat. • New "Previous" column in workouts: see what you did last time in each set and tap to copy it. You can also take 15 seconds off your rest or add 15, right on the workout screen. • In bodyweight exercises, your most recent body weight shows above your sets, and you can adjust it for that workout only. Tap a column heading to see what it means. • Add photos and videos to your notes on each exercise. When your professional replies, the note takes you to the chat. • A workout in progress no longer loses what you logged when you open it again. • During a workout, the exercise photo is bigger and sharper on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. • Nutrition: foods you scan by barcode are saved to your library. The meal option you pick stays selected, and you can edit it. • Redesigned chat: send several messages in a row without waiting for the previous one, and if a text message fails, it stays in the conversation and you can tap it to try again. Workouts your professional sends you now open, too. • Notifications: you can now turn workout reminders and meal reminders on or off. Each item in the list now takes you to the right place, and a notification about an event opens the calendar on that day. • Sign in with Apple or Google. No professional yet? Scan the QR code on your invite. • You need to be at least 13 to create an account. From 13 to 15, you also confirm that you have authorisation from your parents or legal representative. • The app is faster. Choose your text size in Settings > Appearance.
