New look and update isn’t good
I’m a flight attendant and have been using this app for years. Since you changed it, it no longer shows the turbulence information I was getting before. You no longer include Hawaii routes. It’s not user friendly. Please change it back.
Won’t work
Can’t get it to work. After putting in credit card info it keeps showing me $6.99 on the my flight screen which is locked and charged me $9.99. Getting ready to delete and dispute charges.
No Hawaiian Airports
Unable to access info for Hawaiian airports. None of them are included.
Couldn't get to work
I paid 4.99 plus tax 5.04 wouldn't load my flight couldn't find refund button and to cancel.

This is a critical app for any traveler- giving you the information you need that you aren’t necessarily getting from the airline or your weather app. It doesn’t matter how often you travel, this is a must-have!
