Disappointed!
I have used this app for several years and it has been the easiest way to do my registration. I don’t know who updated the app but they need to be fired!!!

I did use this application to renew my plate for two years as usual I use but this time I had a bad experience with them after I make the payment in July 31 I have been waiting but nothing has been show up in my mail so I went today to the DMV. I provide them the email from the MyFlorida applications and they say that transaction is not recognizing and I have to pay again for renew my plate. I called them back. They give me a numbers and they asked me to go back to the DMV. I went over there and he says whatever you’re done online. You have to fix it online. We can refund you in a place list. The transaction has been made in this place. I called them back the second or the third Customer Service reply me and says we’re gonna explain that because we believe the issue in our end and you have to wait our email now I call my bank to refund me or dispute that transaction and I have been in this circle since.

Not sure why it’s rated so low
It’s not fancy, but it’s super easy to use and I was able to renew my registration in less than 5 mins. MUCH better alternative to going into the DMV…
It doesn’t like the DOB format that the app sets.
It asks for your DOB, but doesn’t allow the format that it offers (the only format it offers ) as a valid format so I can’t get beyond that.
Stole my money
I renewed my vehicle registration online and received a confirmation receipt, but I never received the registration or sticker. When I visited the Tax Collector’s office, I was told that no payment had been recorded, despite having proof of payment. The process to recover your money is almost impossible.

Unhelpful
The website directs us to use the app but the app cannot help us and directs us to the nearest physical office…what’s the point of either option if both still lead to going to the physical building?

Literally the easiest government thing I’ve ever done. My vehicle registration has been renewed easily in minutes in Florida with this app, used it each time past few years, I love it. That’s all it does but it works well!!

They have only a chat bot on the app. It’s nothing else. You cannot request a copy of your registration or do ANYTHING else.

Unless we’re only necessity is for a registration, there is absolutely no points in having this app. I noticed another comment that mentioned there is no option to be with ID aspects. It’s really ridiculous the fact that is not an option.

Needed to get a replacement title. App was useless . Only seems good for renewals. Pointless .
