App no longer works nor website

Been using this for several years but the App no longer works it just comes up with an error. I have tried using the website but it says I have complete both surveys & i have not done one.

Waste of time

First issue - you have to go to the website to get a PIN to be allowed to log into the app. WHY? The website is happy enough with username and password!
The app doesn’t align well on the screen
You can’t change any details on the app - you have to go to the website
You can’t request payment on the app - you have to go to the website

Essentially it’s pointless and I’ve already deleted it!

To anyone who gave bad reviews it’s not that bad… you get paid for taking surveys what more do you want? The app isn’t the best but it’s quicker than logging in to the website. Like I said .. to anyone poo poo ing this then lthey haven’t got the patience quite frankly
