Absolutely shocking app
Bin collection calendar doesn’t work.
Can’t actually log in
Stuck on the security code screen because the number pad doesn’t close and the validate button is behind it. Likely no consideration given to smaller phone screen sizes (iPhone SE 2020). App unusable for me in current version.
Mapping of road defects is shockingly poor
I use this app for predominantly reporting of defects like potholes blocked drains and flooding. The mapping part is dreadful you can look up a street name and it won’t be there or if you get the street name your looking for when you try to adjust the drop pin it is very difficult or just doesn’t want to comply Even if you get the pin to drop on the street you want it will then give a completely different street or road name. It is almost as if Glasgow CC do not want to be able report defects.

What happened??
This app used to be great. Did exactly what it said but now nothing works. It’s like you had purposely switched it all off so you don’t need to action the problems on services you are not honouring
Staff and the app work same. They don’t!
I tried to register today by the app more than 10 times, after searching the address app closed without saving the information.

Making it harder and harder to sign in ie to missed bin collection. Increased security is not an excuse for the app to connect to a two state website login to then take you to the general council services page. Clearly they just want this to be hard. Also why are all of my service requests closed immediately? Stop closing them until you fulfill them. You’re useless.

trees and bushes
There is nowhere on the environmental section to report trees or bushes yet it’s the environmental logo! CRAZY you need to be able to report this as well as they block signs, paths, lights which all cause issues

I love this app but find it very temperamental to use. It won’t let me put addresses in etc.

The response back when you have reported a issue is good but it would help if you could report issue with faults with lamppost not lights damaged or dangerous trees empty grit bins
New install wants to update
Just downloaded and installed straight from the Appstore. However, everytime I launch the app it tells me to update and takes me to the appstore where of course there is no update available because I've actually got the latest verrsion!

The map picker is atrocious. When I type in a postcode to report a street light it fails to pick up my address. A complete waste of time, but only to be expected from Glasgow City Council.
