Doesn’t work on iPhone but works great on android. Poor reviews but they do have a great product besides this app. But in this day and age apps rule the world so they should apply more effort to this asap. Or we may have to forget Kaseya products.

Horrible
This app is horrible. It's UX is so bad that it makes me question how good the security of this app is. The search function doesn’t work at all....you have to scroll through hundreds of saved passwords. then when you find what you're looking for you'd better be sure because the back button doesn’t work on a brand new iPhone. If my company didn't make us use this I wouldn't.

Badly needs update
Doesn’t conform to iPhone screen, app stretches all the way to top and bottom and is blocked and hard/can’t tap on search at top of screen.

Useful for password security and also accessing data from IT Provider.

Usable, but has poor UX design
When signing in I often get a failed message only for it to sign me in a second later. And the search bar has white Text on a white background making it impossible to see your entered search criteria.

I created a new account and I can login to the website fine. However using the app I received a message that something doesn’t like look right.

ITGlue has left this product to die a slow death while their sales team continues to sell it. Bad PR for sure. Fix it or kill it please.
Non functional
You can log in and search, that’s about it. Unable to access Settings or go back once an entirely is accessed. Unable to unhide passwords, errors are generated.

Not a mature password manager
It’s great to have a password manager that allows you to collaborate with team and IT service providers. However, this doesn’t integrate as a password manager in iOS and it also messes up web page presentation.
Needs a fair effort still to make it a good product when compared with the likes of Keeper, 1Password and LastPass.

App completely broken on iOS 13.2.2
Can’t even login. Fails every time with error “something looks wrong”

Viel Luft nach oben
Bis heute keine Anpassung an das iPhone X und keine Möglichkeit im Browser direkt auf Zugänge aus myglue zugreifen zu können womit der Sinn dieser App für mich auf ein Minimum sinkt und ich lieber 1Password nutze.
Has potential but slow updates
We need to start seeing updates on this app if it’s supposed to entice users to actually use it.
