Can't even log in

I have the same issue as another reviewer, where the login asks for a mobile authentication code but when I tab out to retrieve the code, the app starts the login process over again. So I can never get past the authentication step

App shuts down during otp authentication

I installed the app on my iPhone 13 pro max and during the first login using my NHS credentials it asked me to put the OTP received on my text message. So I opened the text message to get the OTP and the app shuts down. I couldn’t log back in. Its very disappointing and a poor customer experience :(
