July 8, 2020

Ellucian Mobile 5.5 introduces the option to add a link to your institution’s privacy policy as a menu item under the Actions section of the Main Menu that ensures the privacy policy is within one-click of the application’s main menu. This is designed to assist with the “easily accessible” requirement of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Enhanced international user experience through updated contextual translations for all supported languages.

You can’t sign in it just goes blank

Sign in impossible

Sign in is impossible!! It just goes to a blank page with no way of signing in. I just turned around and deleted it.

Sign In Issues

Once downloading the app, being able to sign in is completely impossible. When clicking the sign in option, you are brought to a blank white screen with no way to sign in.

Not integrated well enough

Everything in the “Blackboard” section is empty. Grades don’t show. Assignments don’t show. Announcements don’t show. Events in the calendar don’t show. App doesn’t seem to be integrated well enough to justify using it over safari or chrome.
