Needs a lot of improvement
The email is section on IPHONE is displaying digits and the email id section is displaying numbers at the time of registration. I tried copy and paste and it worked but I am receiving 2 OTP, one on email and another on phone, there is only one field to enter OTP

Great app, but UI can be future-ready
The app is very useful and reliable. One suggestion: please consider adopting Apple’s new Liquid Glass / modern iOS visual style.
It will greatly improve clarity, accessibility, and consistency with current iOS design standards, making the app easier and more pleasant to use—especially for long sessions.
Functionally the app is solid; a modern iOS-native UI update would make it outstanding.

Great App with a few flaws
This app is a very good platform for staying connected with government initiatives and updates. It has a smooth user experience, informative features, and a great way to engage with various public programs. I really appreciate how simple it is to navigate and it’s useful content. Although there are a few minor bugs here and there, they don’t affect the overall functionality much. With a bit of fine-tuning, this app can easily become a benchmark for citizen engagement tools. Highly recommended!

Need Better Citizen-Prime Minister Connectivity
The myGov app was introduced by PM Modi to connect citizens with the government, but it’s disappointing that it doesn’t truly allow people to raise their concerns directly to the Prime Minister. Many important public issues remain unheard, which defeats the purpose of this platform.
