Very bad service and performance
Lack of network and data connection thats very poor also the price is too high also data finished very soon than usual networks so its very bad performance not satisfied at all

I don’t know why this GP internet is so costly! If you just compare it to other courier you’ll realize it. Besides when the purchased internet comes down to last 1 gb or less, it starts showing E (edge) connection. What kinda hooliganism is this?

Reduce Internet Cost for Students
The cost of internet is so high. Other operators give so many promotional offers but you guys don’t even give promotional offers as like other operators. Gp just gave Regular offer. But we need more promotional offers. Thank you.

The app doesnt always work on wifi, it glitches and shuts down right after the mobile data limit ends and they turn on pay as you go as soon as you run out of mobile data even though you turned it off multiple times,they just turn it on after every data purchase. GRAMEENPHONE , ARE YOU SEEING THIS? BEFORE PEOPLE STARTS CALLING YOU OUT FOR REAL, FIX THIS. There is no confirmation step before purchasing internet or minute packages. If a user accidentally selects the wrong package, the purchase can go through immediately with no chance to cancel.
Purchasing a package should never happen with a single accidental tap.
Users should be able to review the package, price, and validity before confirming the purchase. At minimum, please add a PIN/password protection for extra security.
