Connection Fehler
Seit 4-5 Tagen funktioniert die App nicht mehr. Ich nutze diese zentral - die App ist mit meinem Router verbunden. Nach dem Ausfall der App habe ich diverse Einstellungen im Router geprüft, App reinstalliert und die App auf unterschiedlichen Geräten geprüft-alles ohne Erfolg. Bitte schnellstmöglich den Fehler beheben!

Nichts geht mehr.
Der Wifi Controller zu dem MPPT ist im lan. Beim hinzufügen in der App werden die Ortungsdienste verlangt, sonst geht das nicht. Datenschutz lässt grüßen.
Nach dem hinzuzufügen baut er einmal die Verbindung auf. Ein weiteres mal schlägt fehl (Dauerschleife Connection).
Selbst mit einer älteren Version auf IPhone 4s - plötzlich gleiches Thema.
Ich Kauf jedenfalls keine Hardware mehr die mit so einer App funktioniert.

Fails to connect
App fails to connect to the device since last update (v1.0.5). Will connect randomly but 90% of the time it just fails.
Would also like to know why the app needs access to location services (and giving permission fails to fix if the app connects or not) seeing as it does not display when or where you last used the app.
Support site being in a Asian language with no English option does not help

Needs iOS 13 patch
Could only get ap mode to work on iOS 12 and could see data and change settings
Then my phone updated to iOS 13 and can no longer connect to it
IPhone Will connect to wifi hotspot but app doesn’t recognise it’s connected to it so if u need the app I hope u have iOS 12 or earlier

No longer works correctly
The app no longer works if you have an updated device. IOS13 and newer will not connect a new device even in AP mode.
Had to use an old device to setup and then newer devices will connect but only when on LAN.

Needs to be updated to work with latest Apple iOS system it’s not working at all please fix it it could be a great app

Stoped working with newest IOS version.

Time for an update
This app is a disappointment for modern day solar monitoring. I bought the EPEVER solar charge controller and the app is so much better. So I’d advise to stay away from the esmart and other controllers that use this app until it’s updated. This app on an apple iPhone constantly crashes, it doesn’t load the values most of the time, and the battery section is limited and most of the settings are locked out. For now I do not recommend the app or supported charge controllers.

Average monitoring
The first wifi sender I received was faulty. The second works better, however my experience is that the app doesn’t refresh itself if you move away to another app then come back to it, you have to close it, then reopen.
Connection problem
This app used to work when you leave the house and change to cellular data. Now once you leave the local WiFi connection it no longer works anywhere, be it cellular or data or even WiFi and sometimes local WiFi even doesn’t work. I have a host of other devices I control through the same network and they are all doing great aside this software. I hope support would take a critical look into this issue since I distribute and install these devices commercially. Thanks
