It takes a number of analog process steps to bring a homeowner together with their solar shading solution. To date, these steps have been very time-consuming, have demanded sizeable further resources and have been error-prone, too. That’s why Griesser has now developed the ‘MyGriesser OnSite’ app, an efficient, customer-minded and (above all) practical digital worktool for the solar shading and weather protection market. Especially efficient: The measurements made by laser or Messfix can be sent via Bluetooth at the touch of a button to the ‘MyGriesser OnSite’ app on the user’s mobile device. Exceptionally smart: The order dimensions are automatically calculated. And once the app has been used to select the solar shading product desired and enter further details on the product and its future location, along with any notes and image or video files, the entire data package can be sent with a few clicks to the ‘MyGriesser’ digital platform, where an appropriate offer can be compiled and all the data stored in the relevant customer profile.
