Does this app ever actually work?
When you click on the app there’s always a white screen which you can’t track any of the buses and IF it decides to display the “real time” actions it’ll glitch! I mainly use it, would like to use I should say, to hopefully track the 1x because who knows if and when that bus comes. All I can recommend is get to your stop super early and hope for the best. Horrible design
I dont know who is the developer or if they ever have done any app development. I for one have done so but im pretty sure just because the iT person has a degree they trust him i might not hace a degree but i sure can develop some apps. One you guys made it difficult to navigate second they whole layout is like 90s and not modern slick to make it appealing and easier to understand. Its comolex from the real time option to actullay understanding what is one doing even though you have the little bubble that teaches you which for me it’s annoying

App doesn’t work at night
I wish this app was fully functional but is glitches way too much
Fail. Such a massive fail.
Trying to catch the bus connection from the center of the 110 is already a stressful situation. To have the dedicated app from the transit agency fail to work when trying to track the last bus of the day and for it not to even load is horrific. No real time info at the gateway to Gardena from the J line. No schedules posted. No benches. No shelter. No safe crossings. Almost like they are intentionally doing the bare minimum. Thankfully the 1X finally showed up, but this app, even when it does work, feels like it was developed in the days of chat rooms. Retire it and give your data to a company like Transit that knows how to build an app. Also run your premier 1x bus service into Gardena after 6:15 pm for people who don’t just stay in Gardena all day long and want to take part in the cultural richness of LA county, or even work in DTLA.

Terribly designed site
This is simply aweful! I can’t ACTUALLY tell if this transit company is still in business?!? Was this some one’s high school progect? My first app? There are SO many great transit apps to choose from this city did Not pick the correct one!! ZERO stars!!!!
