My music journey has been going on with flute for a long time and was always very keen to learn from a successful artist and with joining this MyGurukul app I think I will progress with slowed and correct guidance

Wrong credentials
After getting myself registered successfully, while log in it says credentials incorrect. This app seems to be collecting all data from different users like password usernames contacts

Paid 1 year subscription, no content available
After paying a one year subscription I gained access to an “introduction” video which taught me nothing.
No other content is available, there are no instructions and it is almost impossible to navigate around the app.
In addition there are no subtitles in English so there is no point having this app at all.
I would like a refund.
Terrible.
