Great tracking app with good resources

Love the new journal feature. I can quickly make daily logs to track how I’m feeling and categorize everything. There’s a good library of articles and videos too. All for free, which is rare these days.

Je m’attendais à un journal simple et utile à utiliser, j’ai chercher l’option français 10min et jamais trouver. Décevant. L’application n’aide pas vraiment c’est plus un carnet de note je dirais.

Si seulement on pouvait avoir en français!!!

L’application semble contenir beaucoup d’informations et d’aide pour le suivi. J’aimerais bien pouvoir l’avoir en français pour mieux en profiter. Il est difficile de comprendre que votre organisme qui est canadien n’offre pas ses services dans les 2 langues officielles du Canada. Parce qu’en ce moment ça semble discriminatoire… surtout si vous recevez des subventions canadiennes!

It’s a good start. Would be better to be able to add information from previous days in case you have forgotten. Could be formatted better like the Fitbit app which is great.

Waiting for the new release

This app is a great idea that doesn’t work. The basic account creation and login processes are broken, making any functionality in there inaccessible. A new version was promised for spring 2022 but hasn’t appeared yet. Hopefully it hasn’t been abandoned.

Wanted it to be good

I really want this app to be good. Unfortunately, there's many problems with it including account management. I'm trying to log in again and it just will not go through the forgotten password process. I had the original password saved in my password manager, but I'm just upset that I can't even reset to login and use the app.

Doesn’t Work

Downloaded this app last night, worked perfectly. Went to use it this morning to find it had signed me out, so I entered my credentials which it said invalid. I followed instruction to reset my password (2 times) but I still cannot log into my account as it still says invalid. Even though I have the email from signing up yesterday plus the verification codes where I reset my password twice this morning. Sad, I thought this app would be a good thing for tracking my symptoms of UC.

Very intrusive app.

First off its very slow to load and respond to. I see the splash screen take long time to disappear

Second. You must sign up using email and provide sophisticated password. Using a temporary email address won't work. Why does Canada's Crohns society spend recklessly the month like this. They don't need my email address.

Finally, I suspect the app may be doing something borderline malicious in the background with your device info during the long load times. Uninstalled.

Best Thing for People Living with IBD

This is the best way to track living with IBD and allow you to have something to show your physician when you may not remember or to track bad Vs good days. I hope they continue to improve this app. I would like to see a medication tracker so it’s easy to keep track of infusions / injections / pain management / pill management etc.
