Kind of a joke of an app. They take a generic picture of your head, recommend only 3 products which they are probably affiliated with and allow you to track over time. The chat function produces a response less than 25% of the time and the response was pathetic versus what ChatGPT provides. So much potential but not remotely ready for prime time.

The app works as advertised
The app does what it says. You can get your results without having to pay, like every other, similar, app. They're even nice enough to remind you before your free trial ends, in the event that you wish to unlock all features. The developers seem be responsive and genuinely committed to providing a high quality service that actually is worth paying for. I've tried a number of these apps and this one seems to be the best choice. Hope this helps anyone wondering about the quality of this app.

Scammy behaviour
Do not bother downloading this app, asks you 30 questions and then when it’s time for analysis it presents two option. Annual and weekly and you get 3 days free with the annual, and after you go with the annual for the 3 free days, you can not even see your result because somehow you have been “chosen for a 50% off lifetime annually” and it will say stuck at that screen till you pay and cannot move forward with your 3 days free trial and stays stuck on that screen. WASTE OF TIME APP. Right off the bat after downloading this scammy app and 0 results shown they ask you to pay and the free trial is nothing but a scam presented to you.

You enter your information, scan your face and then right before they’re about to tell you if you’re balding or not they ask you to pay either $3.99 for a week or $40 for a year. Not only is this a scam, but they probably keep the images in a database somewhere. I’m.
Trick
Horrible app. It is full of subscriptions and upgraded, not to mention it is overpriced. When you first complete your scan the app offers you a free trial with two tabs on the bottom, a weekly subscription and a yearly subscription. The free 3 day trial only applies to the yearly subscription, I assumed it applied to both options. So I decided to go with the weekly subscription only to find out it wasn’t the free trial. After opening continuing onto the app and looking at the features it put me on a screen to subscribe to the yearly subscription. So not only did I waste my money on the weekly trial, it directed me to buying the yearly subscription as well, without letting me use what I had just paid for until I did so. (though the free 3 day trial still applied) In all seriousness, do not download this app and fall for its trick like I did. Wish I could get a refund.

Don’t trust this app I signed up for the free trial but there is no way to cancel your subscription. I tried everything. I emailed them I tried using the terrible support chat, but I received no response. They just want to take your money. Do not subscribe.

We’re really sorry for the bad experience you had. You should be able to cancel your subscription anytime directly from your App Store account settings. We did have a bug about a month ago that affected some users trying to cancel through the app, but it has since been fixed. No subscription even though bought
bought subscription didn’t get says I didn’t buy it even tho it charged me very disappointing I’m so upset I want to get my subscription or a refund 😡😡😡 don’t use this app
Do not get the “free trial”
There is no customer support, aswell as the fact that there is no way to cancel a 3-day free trial. This was a complete scam. I am out $40 now and there is no option to log back into my account, so I will have this annual subscription until this is resolved.

They make you get a free trail and you can’t even cancel it please read the reviews because the ones that are actually good one are people that work for them this app needs to be taken down. This app doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.

Had the same issues of not being able to cancel, had to go through my card to unauthorize the charge for future use, ridiculous, I want my money back !!!

There is no way to cancel your subscription. I saw this and just deleted my account, and still got charged for 40 dollars. There's no customer service to help; it's just some AI thing that tells you to wait 12 hours. It's been 23 hours for me, and I've gotten no response email or anything. I just want to cancel this subscription, but it's looking like I'll also have to close my banking account over this. I'm not even balding, bro. 😭

If I could give no stars I would this app is absolutely a headache they not only make you get the free trial but there’s no option to even cancel the trial so they just endlessly try to charge you for the premium and they’re support system is an absolute joke they never answer now just to avoid the endless charges I have to close out my whole bank account and make a new one thank you for that this app needs to be taken off the store

If I want to pay for someone opinion I would pay the person who cuts my hair not a AI and it won’t even show you the bad reviews and wanna block it with 5 stars so you probably won’t see this but it’s a waste of time
