Outstanding App
Excellent resource
Truly revolutionary app
However, I will say that I think the app gets a little confused when it comes to irregular cycles. Although I’ve logged my hayd consistently for a week, just because it’s early, it still tells me that it’s ok for me to perform salah & hold the Quran, when that’s not true because it predicts for my period to come later. I understand that the purpose of the app is primarily aimed at providing guidance during hayd and not necessarily to be a fully robust tracker which is fine, but I thought I’d mention it for other sisters who may have been confused.
Regardless, JazakAllah Khair for all that you’ve created!

The app is correct though. What you are describing seems to pertain to the rulings of Early Blood according to the Hanafi Madhhab. Kindly reach out to the scholars in our support channel to help clarify for you, because the app calculates the rulings as they apply to your situation exactly and precisely.
Absolutely amazing!!
Confusing

as-salamu 'alaykum wr wb, Dear sister-in-Islam We understand the frustration you experience in needing to provide 3 cycles before the app can provide you with religious rulings. From your perspective, you may feel that the matter is as easy as whenever you experience any bleeding, then that is automatically Hayd. However, from a religious jurisprudence perspective, things are not that easy. If it was, we would never have poured all our personal funds into the development of this app that we are providing to all of you, free of charge without any intent for any monetary benefit. At the heart of the matter, there is a fundamental difference between biological menstruation and menstruation from a religious, jurisprudence perspective. From a religious perspective, before any bleeding can qualify you to discontinue your worship in terms of Salaah/Fasting etc., there are a set of established rulings that apply. And before we can apply those rulings with confidence, the app needs at least 3 cycles. This restriction is not there to torture you, it is there to ensure that the app is not giving you incorrect advice, especially during the holy month of Ramadan. Next, the app cannot solve every single problem you may experience. Life is too complicated for that. This is why there is an elaborate international network of Muftis/Ustadhas available in our MyHayd App WhatsApp Community that you can resort to with your questions and to get the religious guidance you need. None of them would have supported the app were it not for the accuracy and much needed religious value that it creates to ensure your worship is correct. Obviously there are many things that we need to improve, and we have been working around the clock to improve the app in many ways. Inshallah, in the next few days we are going to be rolling out version 3.0.0 that will contain massive improvements in the overall user experience. But kindly take note that it is an uphill battle, because the major issue is not a technical issue. It is that many women regretfully underestimate the religious complexity that we have simplified for them. By all means, you are welcome to join our WhatsApp support channel where Ustadhas can assist you. If you have difficulty finding it then just go to our landing page: https://www.myhayd.app and click the green support button in the top right. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us on our support email.
