App failure. When you tap on app (yes, it is updated) it goes white. Nothing. Please fix!

Defunct

This app is literally advertised on specially placed signs to alert residents how to report illegal fireworks (cuz Fourth of July is a few days away and people just can’t wait…) and the app IS USELESS. It’s frozen and it’s been like that since at least new years.

None of the buttons work

The Home Screen opens up and it appears well organized and intuitive. The problem is, and remains that none of the buttons work. There is no functionality to the app. This problem has been persistent for about a year so I doubt it will be fixed at this point.
