I have no idea of the point of this app. It explains nothing and shows you nothing of consequence. Not helpful or informative.
Possibly the worst app on the App Store
Not even kidding I have seen blatant scam apps with better UIs than this. Then somehow the functionality of the app is even worse than the appearance. You can rest assured that your taxpayer dollars are absolutely not going toward app development for the myHealthButton App
Doesn’t work. It doesn’t even look like the image display set up on the App Store. Misleading.
I needed this app so I could request a new MiHealth Card. I have been trying to get in touch with MDHHS for MONTHS and I can get answers from literally NO ONE. I’m at my wits end. I’ve tried being patient. I’ve tried basically all of my resources. I’m exhausted with this. I thought this app would be different. However, once you log in, it does NOT match the images shown on the App Store. It’s all outdated. Unorganised. You can’t find literally anything. I’m heavily disappointed because all I want is to update my healthcare status and receive a new MiHealth Card..

This app is a disgrace to Michigan and healthcare
You can’t even access your account because you “are not authorized”…. Not authorized to view your own account you just logged in. To make thingbs even worse, none of the navigation buttons work so you cannot even try to authorize your device to view your benefits. If Michigan cared about their residents healthcare they would have a working app. Absolute disgrace.

This is the worst application ever made
You have to jump through so many hoops to even sign in. Once signed in, when you try to pick the service you’re trying to connect to, the buttons don’t work or send you to a page that says the link isn’t working. Some spots say “tbd”, this isn’t a fully functional app or website. There are no updates and no one to actually call for help. This app was set up to make it harder for people to access their benefits or even apply for them.

Same problem as other reviews 3 years ago! The app takes you in circles and had THE WORST instructions and procedure. Absolutely worthless, so glad our tax dollars go to such things…

This app does not work at all.

Absolutely useless, you just keep going around in circles trying to find the information you want. That’s if it even works, now there’s a “new version available” that the link to doesn’t work and I can’t find anywhere else.
I gave up
Yep, I spent about 30 mins trying to register and login too. Nothing worked bouncing me back and forth between the app and the MIbridges website. Then it started just telling me it couldn’t process my request at this time.
Not User Friendly, Doesn’t Work.
You need to change wording in the app from “Register” to “Request Access”.
Once I logged in to the main Michigan.gov website, I was able to go to the main Menu, select “Request Access”, select Michigan Health and Human Services from the drop-down menu, and then select the “MyHealthButton Michigan” app.
I provided some additional information, verified my identity, and then got a message that I had successfully been given access to the app.
None of this information is given in the app. The link inside the app that is supposed to take you to “register”, just takes you to a page that says you need to log out of the other session, and then takes you to the Michigan.gov home page.
I work in IT, so it wasn’t hard for me to work out what to do on my own. The majority of users are not technologically proficient. It needs to be more user friendly.
After all of this, I entered my login only to have the app stuck on “Authenticating...” endlessly.
I really hope some work is done on this app as it could be hugely beneficial!

Will not use this.. it don’t work
This app is dumb!! It don’t work at all!! I go to enter my date of birth simple huh .. but no. It wont let me change the year.... Plsssssss..
I thought it was my iphone and the auto complete.. nope. Its the app😠😠😠. Great job!!!! NOT....
