Unable to register. OTP never sent. No help screen to overcome this problem
Refund issue
I think you people gotta look at this.
I have made payment of 699 on 9th september for full body check up but I have received messages stating Due to an issue with our diagnostic partner your appt for MyHealthcare IST is cancelled. Refund for INR 699.00 initiated to your original payment method, will be processed in 3-5 business days. I am still waiting fir refund I have not received any refund. I am trying to connect the customer care but the call is getting disconnected.
This is really pathetic and worst please think twice before making a payment

Terrible service do not ever avail it
I had booked rtpcr test and the horrible experience for such a simple procedure turns into a nightmare. They kept putting ph on hold and delaying the reports on top of being very rude. The people collecting samples were also extremely inefficient to the extent keeping samples and other equipments on the floor and did not bother to sanitise. The nightmare had just begun, later after several follow ups we get to know they have lost my sample and didn’t even bother to inform. Customer service outright refused to help and no refund was given. I was tested positive and for this incident my treatment was delayed and the mental harassment & anxiety separate. Please don’t ever download this app.

I had a problem connecting to the call with my doctor but with a little help from customer care I was able to connect. They were very helpful and friendly.

Unprofessionally Managed App. Playing with Lives.
This is completely unprofessional managed app. They claim to connect patients with doctor but it’s been a nightmare with them. They have caused more distress than convenience. Hope doctors don’t have exclusive connects with them. MyHelathCare is completely avoidable.
Totally Mismanaged app, Fraud app
I’ve booked for Post Covid healthcare package for 10 days and paid ₹5850. But there is no response. Customer care is bogus. When I call the customer care. They just refused to speak. Totally fraud.

Totally unreliable app
They cancel bookings 15 minutes prior to the appointment without giving any reason. No helpline number or chat is available to coordinate. Only message received is money will be refunded after 3-5 days.

Dear User, We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Last minute cancellation of appointments is managed by the hospital only if the doctor is unavailable due to an emergency.
