App used work well before. I am unable to login from last one month and no help from the health meter company

Installed this app only because my organisation is tied with this service provider. I cannot expect this team to loft a pen, the worst service and communication everytime Ive had to use them for medical checkup. 3 times and there is no change. Pathetic
