Good app. Lots of the links don’t work.
Overall a good app. I’m glad that GNB has this available. It makes it very practical to access our personal medical history documents. Avoids some of the headaches of going through your MD.
My only complaint is that some of the links in the app don’t work. When you click on them, you don’t get redirected.

This app downloads, you can get in but as soon as i’m in my “home screen “ I only have access to the first 2 options, lab and immunization, it doesn’t scroll down to the options for seeing your medications or imaging tests for example, I have to go online with my iPad for example. I have an iPhone 13, my iPad is actually oler and everyone else I see them using it on their phones? Also, even with the app in my phone I still have to sign in every time, password,wait for them to send verification code ect…even when I tick off the “trust this device” option that says so “you don’t have to” do this everytime? This issue in particular doesn’t matter what device Im on or where I am, even on my home wifi or same device repeatedly. Pretty useless, have to login via internet search no matter what, where no matter what 🤷🏻♀️

3 times out of 4 i try to go on the app it doesn’t work, i enter my email and passed and it doesn’t recognize me, i have to wait like 1-2 days and then i can go on the app, its frustrating, they need to improve the app

Does not display properly with larger text
Issues with display if larger text is selected on iphone. Can’t see the buttons to”accept”
