myHealthRoutine is a private health journal for people living with high blood pressure, and the everyday things that affect it.
Today guides sleep review, medications and vitamins, blood pressure and meals. The next unfinished step appears first; record in any order. Filter Timeline by one or more activity types.
Record blood pressure, pulse, notes and time, as one reading or a session of three with a labelled average. Between session readings you'll see a short health tip from public health sources.
Insights shows neutral 7-day, 30-day, 90-day and all-time averages and daily charts. Optional reference indicators compare readings and averages with common adult home-average bands. Each indicator pairs colour with a symbol and neutral text label, so colour is never the only way the information is communicated.
Reviewed adult reference bands are not changed based only on age group or gender, so myHealthRoutine does not collect either detail for this feature. The indicators are informational, do not set a personal treatment target, and are not intended for anyone under 18, during pregnancy, or in the six weeks after giving birth.
Look up more than 5,000 USDA foods offline and keep a private food diary. Log caffeine, alcohol (standard drinks) and sugar, and see neutral daily totals in Insights. Amounts are self-reported estimates; myHealthRoutine does not set targets or give advice about them.
Keep medications, symptoms, stress moments, appointments, activity, meals, sleep and other events in a searchable Health Timeline. You can also keep up to 12 active reminders.
Print a standard report of averages, readings, neutral reference labels, source context and medical caveats to discuss with your healthcare provider, or export your readings and intake as CSV.
Compatible myDailyTasks versions support blood-pressure handoffs, planned-meal reminders and same-device routine completion. Routine updates appear when myDailyTasks next runs. Only workflow details are shared, never health measurements.
On iPhone and iPad, Apple Health is optional. myHealthRoutine can save blood pressure, pulse, caffeine, alcohol and sugar you enter, and can read workouts, steps, sleep, State of Mind, heart-rate information, high-heart-rate notifications and intake from other apps to show in Today, the Timeline and Insights. State of Mind and sleep are shown as recorded, without diagnosis or a clinical score, and myHealthRoutine never creates a medical alert. Displayed Apple Health context stays in Health; a confirmed sleep review saves your selected duration.
Your health journal stays on your device and is excluded from backups. An optional iCloud bridge exchanges limited companion completion receipts, not your health journal.
myHealthRoutine is ad-supported and may show one clearly labelled, contextual sponsor message on the Readings home and while you wait between session readings. Sponsor selection never uses health information, and myHealthRoutine does not provide sponsors with health data, user identifiers, impression data or click analytics. There is no subscription or in-app purchase.
Aggregate product analytics is optional and off by default. If you turn it on in the introduction or Settings, myHealthRoutine sends first-party grouped counts of app opens, feature views and completed actions, with the app version and platform. It does not send health values, notes, food or intake records, Apple Health data, individual action timestamps, account or device identifiers, or advertising identifiers, and it is not shared with sponsors or used for tracking.
Apple Watch is a reminder companion. myHealthRoutine is a personal record-keeping tool and does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or provide emergency alerts.
