خدمة تنظيف سيئة
٣ عاملات سيئات ليس لديهم ادنى مبادئ التنظيف و الترتيب، ٤ ساعات يعملون ببطئ و فوضى وانا انبههم و اوجههم ، ادواتهم متهالكة و قليلة غير كافيه لثلاث عاملات و بالأخير و لم ينتهوا من العمل خلال المدة المحددة تركوا المكان فوضى ومتسخ وخرجوا مسرعين لان الوقت انتهى والسائق ينتظرهم و وضعوا القمامة امام مدخل شقتي ولم ينزلوها معهم لقمامة الشارع

افشل تطبيق و خدمة العملاء سيىء جدا ما يردون عليك حتى لو دز ايميل ما يردون عليك و مواعيدهم مو دقيقة خدمة التنظيف عندهم فاشله تحدد معاهم الوقت ايون بوقت ثاني كنسلت الخدمه من عندهم ردولي الفلوس بعد اكثر من ٣ اسابيع
Worst service
They don’t have 0 rating or I would give them that. Rude call operators, bad cleaners. The lady came for 3 hours, cleaned the kitchen for 1 full hour and I had to clean after her. And she took her sweet time with the broom and didn’t even mop as her time was up. Removed all the bags from the dustbin but didn’t put new ones. My home🚫

تطبيق يوفر خدمات عديده.. ويعاني من فشل بتطبيق الخدمات.. خدمه العملاء غير مرضيه وفنيي التكييف ليسو على المستوى المطلوب وغير ملتزمين بالوقت المحدده على الابلكيشن وسبق اني بلغت خدمه العملاء بهذا الشي للأسف لايوجد تحسن ملحوظ ..

Don’t waste your time!
I paid 5KD to have a tech come tell me my washing machine was broke! No kidding, that’s why I requested a repairman. I used English and gave details in English but the man only spoke Arabic. He told me that I need a part and the company didn’t have it and he couldn’t fix it. I ended up calling a different repairman that took the broken part and came back with a new one and fixed my machine. The company called to apologize and gave me a small credit.

في بداية الخدمة كانت الأسعار مناسبة جدا الآن الأسعار عالية جدا جدا والخدمة متوسطة وفيه إستغلال للناس. ولا انصح التعامل معهم 👎👎👎👎👎

Bad application and bad service provider, three times we asked them for fridge and washing machine services and they sent bad technicians who made the matters even worse. One of the technicians is an air conditioning technician but they sent him to fix washing machine!
Disappointed
They don't hear their customers. I complain about who they sent for fixing kitchen, very poor quality customer service. No one get back to me, I didn't want to pay the amount they don't deserved and they keep do spamming with the unpaid invoice and I end up with pay for this bad service...

This App will charge you 5KD just to send a handyman to come check the issue. If you call the same handyman directly they would come check the issue for free
Ruined my door
They ruined my door in the process of installing a smart lock.
Don’t ever take the cleaning services from them
I am writing this review while I wait for my cleaning crew to turn up.
I scheduled a deep clean services for 10 AM on 9 Nov 2023 and had taken off from work for the deep cleaning to be done. They called me two times, once to anticipate the appt to 8 am and then to postpone the appt to 1130 AM. Why have customers schedule when you can’t meet the appt?
On the day of the appt, team didn’t turn up till after 12 noon. The cleaning crew asked me for the address and location and yet ended up going into a completely unrelated building. No one in the cleaning service seems to know what they are doing. They were asked to go to the specific building by their team - so why waste my time asking for a location? I am so angry.
Horrible logistics and horrible experience. Will never use MyHome for cleaning services again. Mind you they are charging me 95 KD. This is not what one expects for 95 KD and a full wasted day.

قمت بطلب منهم لخدمة تنظيف مع احظار مواد التنظيف والادوات و لكن المنظفه لم تحظرها و لم يكن هناك استجابه من السائق لاحظار الادوات و اضاع من الوقت ساعتين لاحظارها ، قمت بالتواصل مع خدمة العملاء ول احصل على استجابه من احد مع اني قمت بالدفع المسبق للخدمه ، لا انصح احد بالدفع المسبق لهم
