Rating service session

There’s no option to rate or provide feedback for the servicing done. The advisers at the service station force everyone to install this app which i feel is not right and people should have the option to refuse. Coming to the vehicle service, it’s the worst they don’t do anything but will give you a hefty bill, make you wait for hours. Even after the servicing is done you have to wait 1 hour or so for the bill to be prepared and then eventually paid. I have learned my lesson to never get my vehicle serviced at their official service centres.

Service center people asking for otp to fulfil their app install quota

I understand that the service center employees are given a fixed quota from management to ensure app install. So they are calling and asking for otp so that they can install it themselves. This is a customer side app and should show my vehicle details. Tomorrow if they make any change using my otp to my vehicle details who will be responsible for this. They say it is for billing verification and unsuspecting people will share the otp. This practice should stop and is a clear violation of personalised data privacy.
If this happens once more i am complaining to the authorities

Worst app does not function

I installed and configured the App initially it showed my vehicle after an update it is not showing my vehicle. I logged out, signed in, uninstalled, installed but nothing worked. Contacted customer care service center but no one is able to resolve. I have app which does not function

Invoice before 2022 not available and 2024 and 2025 not uploaded yet in 2026

Not sure how much time it takes or why proper service history is not maintained of vehicles. Invoices before 2022 are not available. Invoices after 2023 are not available then what is the use of the app ?

Useless app

This app has no option to delete old vehicles data or has no option to edit mobile number totally waste app and the showroom people doesn’t even know how to process and i am not able to login using my mobile number every time you have been logged out error comes no idea why without testing they release such apps

Deserves the 5 star

I don’t know why the app has been rated low, may be it was in past that it needed improvement and still needs some refinement here and there but mostly it does what it is supposed to and I am pretty happy with the Clean UI and Functionalities. Kudos to the devs.

Unusable

On my iPhone SE the next button on the OTP verification page goes under the screen. It is impossible to scroll down and press it as it scrolls back up. Disappointed by the quality of the app.

Worst application

Unable to complete the profile details after purchasing new bike.
It is throwing the error “unable to update profile details “ even after many attempts and reinstallation .
Without the completing , it will not allow to access the app.
Really shocking to see , company like Honda unable to provide the small app for customers

App stuck at update profile

App is stuck at update profile and gives error after updating profile. I cannot skip the update profile step.

Session getting expired immediately after reopen the app

It is asking to enter mpin , after given the mpin , it is redirecting to the auth screen again to enter mobile number and OTP. Information on the app is also not accurate such as i availed free01 service but on app it is reflecting i availed free01, free02 and free03 services. At textbox keyboard is not closing if i am tapping somewhere on the screen. Padding hasn’t been implemented properly from bottom during keyboard and that’s making the content completely hidden and unresponsive at keyboard area.

App is not saving/edit information

Information save/edit feature is not working. Always ask to update information, which is not getting save.

Poor application development work, now days kids from school can develop better than this app.

Why do someone need to login via app. In the app, even after entering the correct vehicle number and engine/chassis no, it’s not enabling the next button. Please fix these small glitches.

Bakwas faltu app

What nonsense is this app keep signing out Everytime I open it within after 20 minutes asking to login with OTP and setup key. It is filled with bugs full of issues inside the app. No current service status.

Worst for customers

Despite being a trusted brand, Honda’s registration process has caused significant inconvenience for customers. In many cases, dealers have pre-registered vehicles under the customer’s name using unauthorized or incorrect mobile numbers—without the customer’s consent or involvement. Later, Honda asks customers to re-register through the official app to access vehicle-related services. However, this requires the customer to approach the dealer again and request a transfer of ownership details from the unauthorized number to their actual mobile number.

This process is unnecessarily complicated and emotionally draining. Customers are left feeling helpless, often having to “beg” dealers to correct the information—despite being the rightful owners of the vehicle. It reflects a serious gap in Honda’s customer experience and transparency, especially regarding digital access and expense tracking. For a brand of Honda’s stature, such lapses in communication and accountability are disappointing.
