Update! The developers have released a new version with the background issue fixed!
This app use to work while the phone is locked. But the latest release seemed to have removed the feature of being able to run in the background. Without this functionality, you can’t use it while your running, walking, or doing any other activity on the phone. I tried to report an issue with the app support but it fails with a page not found

Cannot close out of the app or lock phone
I would love to use this app, but it doesn’t allow you to listen and lock your phone, or go out of the app. It will turn the audio off immediately. It defeats the purpose of using the app for me, I can’t keep my phone screen on the app constantly.
Sign up
It seems as though I must be an IT technician to sign up. I don’t understand what the app is telling me to do, or it’s not telling me what to do to succeed in signing up.
App broken
This app is broken if you want to log in. USE ONEPLACE APP. MUCH BETTER. NO BROKEN LOGIN REQUIRED.
