Not able to access the app and it is not upgrading.
Glitchy and Wrong
The app keeps telling me to update it but the App Store says it’s up to date. The data crashes a lot. I give two stars because the app does sometimes work :/
App asks for update but no update available
When I open the app, direct me to App Store for updates, however, there is no update button. Only an open app button which direct me back to the app.
Horrible app
This app closes on you all the time.
Unusable from the start
I created an account online. Then I searched the App Store and downloaded the app. Once logged in, I got a message saying the app was out of date and needed update and directed me to App Store. There was no update available. I restarted my phone. No improvement. I deleted and reinstalled the app. No improvement. The app will not function. Unusable.

be better to your customers and get orders right
for thursday’s i ordered kebab as the meat and i got twice something wrong, first its a meat patty and now its schnitzel. my mom filed a complain and the owner of thi app is lying to my mom that she “ordered” schnitzel when she ordered KEBAB. today i had a chipotle bow and it has only rice, meat and lettuce which i didn’t want and they are missing the salsa, there is only a little bit of sour cream. I swear to god this app is changing orders and they don’t tell the customers so next time stop lying to people and get things right instead of doing something else.

MHL app efficiency
We have had a great experience using MyHotLunchbox app to order meals for our son. The app is very user friendly and makes the whole process quick and stress free. I especially appreciate how easy it is to place orders in advance and the weekly reminders are great for staying ahead and on track! The system is very efficient and requesting support is simple and responsive. Canceling a meal when plans change is easy and refunds or credits are handled promptly without hassle.

App consistently kicks me out while attempting to order. Very frustrating
Frustrating with opportunity for easy fixes
The app is fairly decent but the repeat and subscribe functions are extremely bad user experience. I’ve missed my kids lunch on a few occasions because this portion of the app is horrible. Repeat vs. subscribe. One means you pay for all 25 or so lunches at once and one is for repeating order every week that will auto pay. Which is which?! I’ve had to go back to their service to get clarification and when I come back for a new semester I have to sort it out all over again. This doesn’t even get into the navigation of setting up the recurring order and the frustration of making sure it’s right or the communication around the orders. Really Easy fixes.

App is complete trash. Can’t put an order in without it quitting to the Home Screen. How are we able to put an order in for our kids ? Zero stars
Worst app ever
I am never able to order on my phone because it keeps clicking out of the order and back to the calendar. Over and over. Not worth even having the app.
Please fix!
When it works, it’s great! It has gotten very glitchy lately & constantly kicks me out!
Kicks back to calendar screen
It is extremely frustrating using this app- I have to select the date multiple times, because every time it kicks me back to the calendar screen. I can’t even place an order today!

Already have an account, verified logging through the browser, but the same credentials fail on the app.
