Terrible
This app charges you $3 just to make a purchase and it is barely functional. The “support” is like one guy in Colorado that you can email during business hours. It’s the Temu version of Shopify except it costs more for a terrible experience.

Just doesn't work
My purchase doesn't show up at all. I've tried everything recommended on the troubleshoot list. Oh. And the membership fees - I was charged 3 times and have asked for a refund and have gotten nothing.
Glitchy
So I can redeem my daughter's passes no problem. However, my son's passes are always an issue. I don't know if it's because of length of his name -it seems to push everything down and the redeem button is now cut off by about half and I'm never able to scroll up to then redeem it
Basically a Scam
I can’t express how frustrating this thing is. Purchased for the Kids Skate Free program. Will your kids skate free? Well, no. Will new passes appear in your wallet each week? Also no. Is the ‘annual membership’ good for a full year? Sure doesn’t seem like it! The app is a terrible user experience, but at least you’ll get to troubleshoot with the skate receptionist while a crowd of annoyed families builds behind you.

Never received a confirmation email to open app
I was trying to buy a gift card for a massage/facial, and this app made the entire process too difficult particularly because the gift was for my 90-year old mother who doesn’t have a smart phone.

I used this to purchase a skating membership to our local skating rink because it was advertised at the rink. I didn’t know when I purchased you had to download this app, but after downloading it, it won’t allow me to sign up. This is supposedly the only way to access the membership but the app doesn’t work at all!

Contacted Kids Skate Free to get an issue resolved and their customer support was fantastic. Very happy with the customer service.

I paid for the skating membership twice! It never showed up in the app. I reset my phone, re-installed the app but it never showed up. I emailed the company but have not heard back. I should dispute the charges.

Nothing works
I got this app while on vacation because I wanted to go skating with a new friend I met, but nothing worked, I’ve tried two different emails at different times and received no confirmation email to sign up, I went to support and they weren’t very helpful, only sending me a code that I hope is what I need for tonight, if it doesn’t then I’d be wishing I could give this app negative stars. I’m not one to be upset easily but it it hard for me to be understanding about these issues when the app has poor reviews already, do better.

Where is my promo I purchased?!
App downloaded and I was able to sign up for an account but have not received any promo or vouchers that I purchased.

App is non functional and customer service is worse. I purchased a massage as a Mother’s Day present. I received a confirmation email from MyHound but did not receive a promotion code. Promotion did not show in App. I contacted the Spa and they stated “we are having a lot of problems with that app”! MyHound stated the promotion was redeemed but it was not. MyHound told me to contact the Spa and would not help resolve. Again MyHound said the promotion had been redeemed but it did not show in the “redeemed promo” tab. Poor app functionality and worse customer service.

No Evidence of Legitimacy
I am a bit ashamed I fell for this one. Clicked on the pop-up ad made to look like a legitimate deal from the verified, large company whose website I was shopping on. Gave them my credit card info when “booking” the professional massage for my wife. I was very tired late on a Friday night. By the time I downloaded the MyHownd app and signed up, there was no deal in the MyHownd wallet, and then it was too late. I realized there never was a time slot that I was asked for, and Google Chrome didn’t even trust the website enough to autofill my credit card info. What was I thinking? I immediately locked my credit card and reported as stolen. New cards en route.
