App freezes
The app constantly froze as I was entering in my information.

I specifically added the app to easily sign my children up for the MyRewards program. There are two drop down option that are required to move forward on the form and neither drop down menus work, so you cannot move forward.

What’s the point
I think we should have The ability to schedule appointments with any given doctor. No option given on here. No function to this. Have a leap of faith and progress into 2021. People are looking at needing convenience, this is none.
Frustrating
I go to create an account it takes me all the way to selecting my three questions for security then it makes me login again and then it keeps saying that my login information is wrong so when I try to create account for another family member it did the same thing but this time It told me to go to the website to login and go to the website and login it’s still not letting me login and it’s the same correct information It’s saying that it’s wrong but it’s not

When you sign-up an email is sent to you that you must confirm by clicking on the link. This step needs to be completed before you can login to the app. Please use the same username and password for the Member Portal website and the myHPSJ app.

Is a listing of Doctor to call as a new patient. Those Dr aren’t accepting new patient.
Great App
Great app. Having a family I've used medical apps in the past and found this one to be easy to navigate and use. Would recommend to family and friends.
