Can’t use the app with two white noise plushies
Hit two kids and two teddy bear plushies with the white noise machine inside. We can only control with the phone using the app.

Nouvel mise à jour effectuée, je n’aime pas du tout! Avant on voyait en gros au milieu du cœur la durée temps, depuis la mise à jour on voit plu le temps en gros juste 3 petit point faut regarder en haut de l écran! Pareil pour le son, le son a été filonien , c nul dans les transports ou autre on l entend plus! Déçu, si c pour faire fallait oas le faire ! Déçu !

Poor update
Since last update it get worse 👎 example: if I set volume to 7, and click to any other items, it change by itself and shows volume 8.. it is almost impossible to set volume 1 after 1, always set by 2. 🤷♀️

Depuis la mise à jour de l'application le son se dérègle seul, ce qui réveille bébé, même sur l'appli je mets le son à 4 et il se mets à 5-6-7-8-9 sous mets yeux jusqu'à devenir trop fort donc horrible pour bébé.
L'ancienne version était nickel
Faites quelque chose rapidement c'est pénible.
Et aussi une version sans piles, à recharger sur secteur serait bienvenue

Increasingly disappointing
Over a year with no updates, reviews filled with valuable feedback and improvements that haven’t been addressed, and the app is now more and more unstable.
Everytime I open the MyHummy app, it flashes up the screen that I was last on and then crashes. I thought it was a problem caused by my old iPhone SE, but since replacing with an iPhone 12 Pro the problem has remained.
Still the useless splash screen with camera option when the only thing I want this app to do is control my (not cheap) white noise device. Still no support for Apple’s Shortcuts functionality which would allow me to create a single command for switching off smart lights, closing smart blinds, and activating white noise.
Considering the price of the original hardware and the fact that company is still actively selling them, I don’t think it unreasonable to ask for a little bit of ongoing development so we don’t all end up with useless plastic hearted soft toys instead of the white noise device we paid for.

App issues
The app is very glitchy every time I go into the app it kicks me out straight away. There is long delays when clicking on what I want to do. When the app loads up it is also pretty slow. This app needs a lot of work

Great but needs improvements
I do like the app feature. My biggest issue is that it doesn’t warm you when the battery in about to go or gone.
It’s up in the top right of the screen but I never notice it until I go to turn it on & I can’t connect.
Which is a problem if you are already out of the room. Because who want to go back in once they’ve managed to get out!
A simple alert would be good. Maybe some more sounds too.
Otherwise I do use it every night, throughout the night.
A rechargeable option would be good too. Rather than going through loads of batteries.

In die App könnte deutlich mehr Entwicklung stecken.
Das Layout ist oben und unten doppelt.
Die Letzten Einstellungen werden immer wieder verloren und der MyHummy ist auf den Default Einstellungen. Die Einstellungen werden teilweise schon nach wenigen Sekunden verloren…
Profile wären toll.
Wir haben ein zweites Herz, wie soll ich das verbinden? Wie soll man mehrere Herzen steuern?

Keine Kopplung
Keine Verbindung zur App über BL. Habe extra diese Version gekauft und bin enttäuscht das keine Verbindung aufgebaut werden kann zur App trotz beidem Handy. Ärgerlich dann hätte ich auch die günstigere Version kaufen können.
Peluche au top mais application très limitée
Pour que l’application soit parfaite il manque un décompte du temps restant. Je n’arrive pas à recevoir les notifications quand la peluche se réactive du coup je ne connais jamais l’état réel de la peluche si elle fonctionne à l’instant ou si elle est en veille.
Je ne sais sais pas si ces fonctionnalités peuvent s’ajouter par une mise à jour mais ça serait le top.

Disappointing
Worked a treat fir two weeks until yesterday! Doesn’t register battery power on the battery icon and is switching itself off after 10 mins even though I set it for 12hrs. I keep being told to open the app to download configuration update but there is no where on the app to do this! I now have a very tired and upset baby (and a very tired and upset mum!). Very disappointed.

Needs battery alert! Please!
We love our Bluetooth myHummy, my son is 18 months and really loves it, he goes to sleep with it every sleep. BUT I wish the app alerted you when the batteries are running low properly. The battery icon is full, and then empty, I don’t often notice the time it changes because I don’t always turn it on with the app.
When it runs out it just turns off, suddenly which always wakes up my son, who is in hysterics from this sudden silence. If you could send a notification that the batteries are getting low I could preemptively change the batteries and my life would be less stressful on the occasions where my baby has gone from sound asleep to screaming.
Also a fade out to off function wouldn’t go a miss, not to go onto alert, but slowly turn off. That would be great 👍🏻

Actual hummy 5* app 3*
The app is quite frustrating it takes ages to load, doesn’t properly tell me when the battery’s are running out and keeps telling me to tap the app to configure download but I have no idea if it’s done it or not. The hummy has saved my life with my little girl she won’t sleep without it and I love what it can do just wish the app was a little better

Great but Battery Indicator needs looking at.
The app is brilliant but the one thing I would like to see in the app development is some work to the battery notifications.
The only notification for the battery is the very small buttery icon in the top right hand corner.
One minute the battery is full, the next empty but the Hummy has already switched off. There’s no % or number to indicate how much battery or how long the Hummy has before the batteries need changing.
It would be really helpful if this was amended as if I knew they only had around 3 hours left, I would change the batteries before bed, rather than them not working at 1am and having to faff trying to change batteries at that time.

Le mode sommeil et nounou je ne comprend pas trop.

Brilliant...when it works
This device has been fantastic until recently when it randomly stopped working. Both myself and my partner changed the batteries, deleted and reinstalled the app, but to no avail. The heart no longer enters “pairing mode” so we can’t use it anymore. It’s not even a year old!
It’s a shame, because when it works, it’s worth buying.
