This app is phenomenal compared to old.
This new app is phenomenal compared to the old one. This one is easy to use and easy to transfer money from one account to another. This app is user friendly.
I loved the old HVB site
I’m not against change and I love my hometown bank, but I find the new app very frustrating. Trying to figure out your balance with the pending stuff, makes online banking harder. There also seems to be a lag, account information shows up later in the day, than it used to. I’m sure I’ll get used to it, but I did find it more user friendly before.
