Unable to login on iPad

Unable to login on iPad as the screen doesn’t scroll down enough to tap on the text box or the “login” button.

Worst Application

Lot of glitches tbh. Not accessible on Tablets/Ipads sometimes. Doesn’t show the classes details. Get stuck while opening modules.

One of the Best Edtech apps by any coaching institution

This app helped me alot in my MBA journey throughout with best video solutions for PYQ and modules and also for the best Mock tests in the country.

Worst App

One of the worst apps I have ever seen. Crashes like anything. Even User interface is very cluttered.
Better use web version / website.

Glitches

1. The video and text solution pane does show up on the bottom of the screen in the mobile app but upon clicking it the solution doesn’t show. Additionally the slider does not work. This is for iOS.

2. The reveal answer (yellow button) gets shrouded by the pane so it is not visible at all.

The interface looks aesthetically pleasing so no comments on that.

Please fix the issues.

Useless quality

Extremely bad app & even the website most ridiculous app especially being an educational one half thing won’t even show on tablet or iPad would rather advice others on not choosing IMS

iPad Support

The compatibility of the app is 13 or later for iPad and my iPad is 16.7.11 version but still the app doesn’t work. I have purchased the online series so that I could study from my iPad but it doesn’t work. Extremely disappointed!! Looks like I wasted my money.
Also the tests don’t open on ims portal on iPad.

Too many glitches

There were too many glitches already, for example having to restart the app multiple times to load the videos. Now the app simply won’t work after installing and reinstalling multiple times!!

issues in application

1. if we are pausing videos on tablet and mobile view, then instead of showing the paused screen, it shows the thumbnail of the video
2. provide written content below videos for easies accessibility and better learning experience
3. I have uninstalled and installed the app 4 times, yet the first login page isn't showing any fields for inputting login info.

Bad UI

The UI is not at all organised, requires a lot of fixing. Doesn’t feeltactile as it does on the windows

How to use app

After installation use the app app in landscape mode to enter the login details otherwise login section get hidden. To play any video click on the title of video written in letters insted of clicking on video playback icon .

Pity that the app of IMS riddled with glitches.

Login screen issues, tests don’t show up, if they do they miss video solutions. God you can’t stop naming issues.

Very bad experience for iPad user

Pathetic App. I cannot login to my iPad. IMS support team says to raise a ticket while they know the problem. Can’t expect this from IMS BRAND who claims to be leader in this education and learning

I cannot login on the iPad because the box to type the user id is out of the page and unreachable so it’s useless on the iPad
