Crashes doesn’t work
Every time I open it up the app crashes , it unusable

Wow. I did not expect to see such a well lit, beautiful aesthetic. Display cases were stunning and the show ans smell flower was amazing. The staff was beyond helpful and I enjoyed the conversation, it was nice to speak to people who actually knew about the product.

Exceptional Customer Experience
I want to give a shout out to Brianna at the Hudson Florida location for giving me an exceptional customer experience! She was very friendly and informative on products sold. While there I purchased some Gary Payton that was fire, it relieved my cervical nerve pain and relaxed me into a state of bliss! Thank you Insa for having exceptional customer service and excellent products that go beyond the industry average!!!

App no work iPhone pro 14
App no longer works now that I got a new phone. I had an iPhone 12 pro no problem I got a iPhone 14 Pro. The app will not allow me to login will not allow me to reset my password and will not allow me to use a pin code sent to my phone to login. I’ve tried this a couple of times I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it. I reset my password on the website. there’s no way around the glitch for me.

No way to change my store within the app, and when I email tech-support, they tell me there’s nothing they can do. App it’s pretty much worthless.

Apps shuts out
App shuts down whenever you hit the shop button; like everyone says the app is completely useless. Honestly if you have a senior ux/graphic designer college student they could easily figure out the situation. App design itself is not really user friendly for people that have visual problems and the design is poor and not sleek at all compared to the product you sell. More money should have been invested in this before the release.

Crashes
Will change rating once bugs are fixed. App crashes anytime I attempt to update my information. Cannot add address, change my age, or choose the store I shop at most without it crashing. This is a major problem when you have to add this info to even use the app properly. App also thinks I am not in Massachusetts for some reason, even though I live in Mass, 2.5 miles from the nearest Insa. Tried to report these problems, but this app does not allow reporting.
Edit: App no longer crashes, but still useless. App will not allow me to shop, saying I do not live in a state that has legal sales. I live in Massachusetts.

This app was very easy to use and access my membership points. And I love how when I’m in close vicinity I’m able to access the store inventory
