Abandoned?

It was a decent app for awhile, but it no longer updates appointments. And looking for tech support is a lost cause. Wish I could access Inspira through MyChart.

Cannot access credential screen.

This is a terrible app and not well monitored. I can’t login because the credential screen is blank and I am unable to enter my username and password. This is a regular problem that forces a person to call in for test results.

Crazy idea but how about letting me access my records? Whats the point of patient portal if it does absolutely nothing?
