This is unacceptable

This system never worked properly for us. To top it all the app is not updated to new version of iOS and iPhone

"Overhaul"

This last update says the app was overhauled, but I only see extremely minor changes. This app works, but most of the time you don't know if it works. We have multiple people with access too your gate codes and because two of us didn't know we were opening the gate at the same time the second person ended up closing the gate on the side of my sister's car.

So I'd say make sure you position your camera right because this app isn't going to help you know what's going on.

This is one cool product!

Hardware and software are first rate. Quality of video and sound are awesome on my iPhone. Not cheap, but worth it so far. The real test, one that no other intercoms have ever passed, is: will it be working in five years? I have only seen one work for more than two years, but never three! If it works for five years, I will be completely satisfied, although seven would be a 'home run' (I mean a game-winning football goal kicked by the goalie)!
