A sad representation to Duval

1/5 of our population can’t read above a 5th grade level. The fact they are doing a “Fight the Blight” campaign with so many grammatical errors.. “Flight the Blight?” Which is it?? Also NO ONE knows or uses the word BLIGHT!! If you’d like to hire me to do this app better, I’d do it for free. This is not it. Please. The “what’s around me” literally just takes you to download Google Maps, and once downloaded.. just actually pulls up the Home Screen on the app… it does nothing. Like please let a local or someone super tapped into the community take on this project. This is horrible. And needs to be inclusive to all literacy types. Digital and literal.

Pointless App

When you click login to get your personalized information, it sends you to the website. Completely useless app.

Pointless

There is no point in downloading this app—it is useless. It merely redirects you to Safari to log in.

App is useless

All this app does is redirect you to the website on your iPhone browser

Poor app

Why would I want app that just redirected to web sites?

Barely an app

It just has links that takes you out of the app to websites, that’s not an app.

Trash after a recent update!!!

Previous version was good, at least very easy to check the trash/recycle pickup date. Now it only directed you to a website and you need to login. TRASH!!!!

Inadequate App

Like the previous review pointed out this app only directs you to online mobile sites, which in essence defeats the purpose of having an app created. The app lacks functionality and ease of use. It seems as if the app was created for the purpose of just having an app. The app is poorly developed. It is not engaging. It is basically a dashboard. At best, it acts as a central hub that redirects you to a mobile site for city services. If Jacksonville plans to grow and expand and become more of a premier city, the technology it builds and employs should mirror that, beginning with this app.

What is the point of the app?

Can’t do anything within the app. Once you open it and click on something, it opens the browser and goes to the website. I can skip the app and go directly to the browser. Whoever came up with this stupid idea is an idiot.
