Forbidden error

I keep getting this error message when I try to add an ebook or even look at one. I even got it when I clicked on App Support.

Works great when the servers are responding.

Like the title says, the app works great when the servers want to actually work, but the interruption is becoming so frequent that it’s just to be expected now and I find myself using the app less and less. I always get the same pop up with the message, “Error: Something isn’t right! The server responded with an error”. You don’t say. How about the developers actually fix this annoying issue?

Needs updating to support Apple Wallet

The app overall is great, but I can only give it 4 stars due to no ability to add my Library Card to my Apple Wallet. It is very inconvenient to find the app, open it, click on the card icon, and then scan it. If you could just update it to export to Apple wallet, everyone could have instant access.

Love it

As a huge fan of the library and as someone who goes to the library website all the time this app is a game changer!!

Almost perfect...

Please allow Digital library card (barcode) to be added to Apple Wallet. This would greatly enhance the self-checkout process.

Thanks!!
