waste of time

I was hopeful that this app worked but it’s just a waste of time it’s no different from phoning the city you can voice your request but it’s either your request is sent to the wrong department or your request isn’t sent at all because i’ve been trying for weeks now to speak to someone to resolve my issue and iam sick of waiting for a simple yes or no answer and as a tax paying citizen i think iam entitled to at least that. This app is a perfect example of how useless the city is when it comes to resolving simple basic requests.

Account signup screen is messed up

If someone plan on using this app and try to create an account, the signup form is poorly designed. You literally can’t see what you are typing in to create an account. This is very poor design and looks dated. Once this is fixed, I will try to create an account and provide you more feedback. Thanks for building this app but it needs fine tuning in design and other functional areas.

Good but

It is pretty annoying that when you are submitting a Request you cannot submit it without an audio file, video, or photo. I’m sorry I’m not stopping my vehicle to report a Request to obtain a photo etc.

Good app

Obviously well used by people. Nice to be able to report things that need attention. Rather than say " closed", why not indicate what was done to address the complaint?

Less than one

No correlation to the mission statement, month on and no follow up
