Phone Rings - No Customer Service
Today is August 8, 2023 for 2 Days I have called the Detroit Office on West Grand Blvd. not 1 Person Answers the Phone. I have called at 8:30 am & Later. Kelly Services if you read this Comment Please have a Human Answer the Phone, this not good Business Relations for the Corporate Office.

My Kelly App doesnât work
I just installed the My Kelly app on my iPhone. I set up my account with my email and password. However, every time I try to log in, I get a message âerror occurred please try again laterâ This app is useless

Whatâs the point of providing an app if I canât even search for jobs? Thereâs a annoying message thatâs keep redirecting me to call.. also, you canât seem to get past the first page when applying from your phone. Very unprofessional...

I have tried to log in for 3 months. Anytime I try on the app my password doesnât work but it works on the website. On the website too nothing pasted is incompatible
The Review App option opens the music store...
This app has one of the oddest bugs I have ever seen with an iOS app. There is a âReview Appâ option inside of the current (2.0.12) version of the app. Selecting this option doesnât take the user to the App Store - instead it opens the music store!
Very odd, and out of hundreds of apps I have checked, I have never seen a review app link inside of the app does this.

Poor functionality
The app needs a serious debugging. The radar never returns any results and the search for jobs with Xmiles of a certain city returns nationwide results - everytime. Itâs frustrating. Never saves my login info ... please. Fix. This.

I canât even read half of the app because itâs white text on white background.

A resume upload-error inhibits the function of this app.
Cannot apply and other discrepancy
Just as the other review ... verbatim, I too could not apply because the resume must attach.
I also noticed when I visited the website there is a discrepancy in the pay versus on the app for the same position and position number I was applying for, which is very disturbing.

Unable to select resume to apply for jobs
Similar to other review, I am unable to select my resume to apply for jobs. I have deleted and re-uploaded it multiple times and nothing works. Your app is not useful when users cannot upload their resume to apply for a job.
Problem Selecting Resume To Apply For Job
Iâm signed in to the application and I added my resume to my account. When I try to apply for job and select my resume I keep telling me to select my resume when itâs all ready added to my account. Couldnât finish apply to my job because I couldnât select my resume which is already added..smh.
Stressed New user
I have relocated to a new city and I canât get this app to complete anything for me I am working with a brand new iPhone XR ON VERIZON NETWORK!!!! Please fix this but so that I may be able to use your service!
Resume
Every time i would try to submit my resume it never works. It will pull up my resume for me to select it and once i do it just keeps going back to submit resume part. Horrible design of an app. Needs a lot of fixes.

I tried countless of times to upload my resume to apply for jobs but it would only let me view it then when I updated my recent jobs it doesnât save.
Make sure itâs updated
If itâs not the newest update it will not work at all. I like that I can see job locations on a map.

iOS difficulty
This app is completely unusable for up to date iOS. If it works for android it might be considered a useful addition to your phone. As it is if you have iOS DONâT BOTHER DOWNLOADING.
Wonât accept login password
The website works fine but the app wonât let me login. Basically the app is useless for anything other than searching, which is just as easy to do in Safari.
