This app is junk hidden behind subscriptions

Upgraded to the pro subscription. Good thing I didn't buy a whole year. The app won't even let me login. Email support, haven't heard a thing

Gute App mit vielen verschiedenen Funktionen, wie Katalogübersicht, Anleitungen zum Schlüssel schneiden, Fahrzeugschlüssel programmieren. Über den Katalog können Artikel direkt bestellt werden. Wird weiter ausgebaut.

La aplicación va fatal desde hace muchas versiones, no logran corregir nada y ahora toca pagar hasta para saber si puedo programar un mando. Los token de la TCode cuestan el doble que la smart pro aun sirviendo los mismos.

Die App ist ganz bestimmt eine sehr gute Sache….könnte ich mich mit dem ipad pro nur anmelden. Bei der Passworteingabe scheitere ich beim Versuch auf der Tastatur von Buchstaben auf Zahlen umzuschalten. Bei meinem Iphone kein Problem!? Somit ist die Eingabe eines Buchstaben- u. Zahlencodes über die Tastatur nicht möglich.
Sicherlich kann man tricksen und das Passwort unter Notizen ablegen und mit copy&paste ins das Passwortfeld eintragen.
Die Behebung diese bugs wäre sinnvoll! Dann gerne mehr Sterne.

Kein registrieren möglich
Wenn ich die App öffnen gibt es keine Möglichkeit sich zu registrieren. Das macht es für mich als Neuanwender der App schwierig diese zu nutzen.

Frustrated
Tried to create an account. Completed all my details and clicked the boxes. It states that you have to click the T&C bug won’t let you go back. When you get back to the beginning you have to fill in your details in again.

Awful product
AD seems to only be interested in one thing. Your money. From the insanely priced tokens to use their machine to the lack of resources and accessibility. Paying a premium price for this app is a joke. Sign their update, IOS uses can no longer access this app. It’s been 3 weeks with no access. Although, you can go to their actual website to check a guided process to program a key/fob. This would be ok if their website was mobile friendly. What locksmith uses a laptop out in the field? Typical high nosed engineers behind a computer with no experience in the field. Just pure laziness. I’ll be sticking with my Autopropad from now on.

When trying to select a vehicle it doesn’t load and just leaves a blank screen so have to close the app down an try again, sometimes does this 3 times in a row, happens event time I search a vehicle. Very frustrating

Handy App
On iPhone 8 iOS 14.5 Had a bug during registering account details couldn’t select “business type” to register. Was unresponsive, not “Clickable/selectable”. After recent update seemed to fix. App is super handy to verify programming software needed per vehicle. As well what all functions are available per vehicle. I don’t have the paid upgrades but base options are great for now, so paid upgrades I would hope would be pretty great to have in the future.
