They changed the app and it’s hard to find notifications and messages.

It gets the job done but we only use like 2 of the pages. I’m not sure what the other tabs are for

Good application
The overall experience is good, but the GUI could be improved. It currently lacks visual appeal and clarity, which impacts usability. The look and feel of the application can be enhanced to make it more engaging and intuitive. Additionally, there are occasional delays in response time. Focusing on interface improvements and performance optimization would significantly enhance the user experience.

Love seeing updates
I enjoy logging on during the day and being able to see my child’s progress and also communicate back and forth with his teacher. Well done
Misleading Experience and Unprofessional Customer Service
I purchased a yearly myKidzDay membership after being shown an impressive demo by Kelly, who made the app sound professional and supportive for childcare providers. Once I started using it, I quickly realized the app did not function as presented. It was limited in features, not user-friendly, and my daycare families disliked it.
Kelly mentioned that their team would help set everything up, but I ended up doing it all myself. I have call logs and messages showing she did very little, despite claiming she invested her time. When I reached out within just two days to request a refund — or even a partial one — she said she would “check with the board.” It became clear this was just a delay tactic, since she herself makes the decisions. She never followed up.
I reached out politely multiple times by voicemail and text, but instead of professionalism, I was told I was “harassing” her. It’s clear this company is not interested in true customer satisfaction! it was easy money for them once payment was made.
If you value honesty, transparency, and good support, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. myKidzDay is not what it appears to be.

Makes me feel like I’m right there with them 🤍
The absolute highlight of my day is when I’m at work and get a notification from the app with photos of my children and what/how they are doing that day.
The times we are living in are scary - especially for parents sending our babies out into the world in the care of others and out of our hands. It makes your heart & mind a little more at ease with daily updates and pictures of their smiling faces doing their activities and playing with their friends.
I message their teachers all the time on the app to tell them how much I appreciate the pictures and updates they send. It makes my heart so happy seeing how wonderful of a day my child is having.
Absolutely LOVE this app and am very grateful for the teachers who use it to keep us updated on our babies.🤍🙏🏼

This app is super easy to use and makes it easy to communicate with my child’s daycare.
A well thought out app
This app is really great for our pre-schooler! It has really thought of everything that a parent may need to access through the day. I especially love the QR code sign-ins/outs and the ability to send and receive quick messages and pictures. It helps ease some mom anxiety!
Easy to use!
We downloaded this app when our kiddo went to pre-k as they use it in their program. We love that it is easy to navigate and we can easily communicate back and forth with our kiddos team.
Very convenient!
Our son just started preschool 3 months ago and his school uses this app. I honestly love it, so convenient to have everything all in one place. Sign in/out, sharing snippets of the day, tracking their potty progress, all communication with staff, it’s genius! In a world where our whole lives have been attached to our phones, this app is very fitting and versatile for all parent work and lifestyles!

Best communication
This app is great. Especially the first day for my child I was able to have peace of mind to see his pictures and having updates on how his day was going. I like that we can use it to sign in and out with the app it makes it easier pick up and drop off.

We love My Kidz Day. My daughters camp uses it, and it’s such a great way for parents to get daily updates and pictures. it also runs smoother than a lot of other school/camp apps, and it’s appreciated by the users!

I love the app, but I would tweak a few things! 1. Have individual messages from the daycare appear in the messaging tab instead of the general notifications tab.

Lots of features but even if just the basics are used it helps me know my kid is being taken care of
Good ideas, poor execution
This app does everything you would want. Messaging with teachers, push notifications, photos posted by teachers, and intake forms. It just doesn’t do them very well. For example, all of the fields where you select a value to enter like pick up time or person picking up are extremely buggy. For example, I might set the time to say 3:45 PM and hit OK. What value does it enter? Who cares because it’s definitely not 3:45 PM on the first attempt.
