Not always on!

So frustrated I paid for this before really looking into things. I am new to Apple devices and miss my always on display feature on my Samsung!! I’ve been looking for an app just like this and it is NOT fair that they give you that false hope of providing an always on display feature and it is not the case. You need to open the app and leave the screen unlocked for the screen to show. Which is not at all something I will do. Waste of money.

No date

App lists it shows the date but it doesn’t nor is there an option. I removed the app for this reason.

Didn’t work as expected

Great app but

Would be an awesome app but when you lock your phone it doesn’t stay on the phone has to be on for it to work, it would be an awesome app if I didn’t have to leave my phone unlocked.

Battery Drainer

This app drains too much battery, I have tried all colour combinations on my iPhone X that is available on this app to save battery but it drains like crazy. Please also had a proximity sensor so when I block the sensor then the screen goes black and doesn’t drain battery.

App Suggestions

I love the app so far. The only thing that I thing the app would need to make the app better is if weather displayed along with the time and date and battery. I think if you added this, there would be a better use for this app besides what it already does!

Almost Perfect (Updated Review)

the developer confirmed the clock will eventually default to digital with no way to select the analog version.

it does what it advertises, just know you'll be stuck with a digital clock... even on the paid version.

UPDATE

would be nice to have the app load with the last clock used, but appreciate the clarification and have updated my review accordingly. thank you!

Hi! I think I misunderstood your question, you can choose between the analog face and the digital one swiping on the face itself (left or right, each swipe change between the two modes). In the future it will be possible to choose a default face, but the analog face is already here!

Battery drainer

I would like my money back I installed your app on my xs max at 11 am on the lowest brightness setting it is now 11:49 am and lost 7% of battery!!! Unacceptable

Can't open in the shortcuts app for automation

I noticed I can't use Myla in the shortcuts app. The app doesn't come up when I use "Open App". What gives?

Doesnt even replace the lock screen have to leave app open.... waste of time and money

It’s mildly functional

You have to open the app for it to run... be careful, don’t hit the sleep/wake button because it will enable the apple factory background/wallpaper.

Hi, thank you for the feedback! At the moment, due to limitations in what apps can do, it is not possible to implement a fully functional always-on display. Anyway, I will do everything possible to keep improving Myla, adding new features and optimizing it!

We need wheather location on the next update pls make it happen

Great App

I’d like to see “Current Location Weather degrees on the top or bottom of the time. Maybe a setting to turn on or off the weather. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback! This app is made to keep your iPhone display safe (even if you use it for long periods of time), so don't worry about burn in! EDIT: During the next days an update will be available with this and other minor changes, thanks for the suggestion!
