Please take this app down from the app store and play store. It’s a most pathetic and useless app I’ve ever came across. All of us our just wasting our money and time by purchasing this useless product. YOUR APPLICATION DOESNT EVEN WORK. WE CANNOT MOVE PAST AHEAD THE FORM IN WHICH WE HAVE TO FILL THE DETAILS TO REGISTER OURSELVES. THE DROP-DOWNS DOESNT WORK, YOU CANNOT FILL ANYTHING MANUALLY. IT DOESNT MOVE BEYOND THAT. Pathetic App
I am unable to fill in the details as no options appear when I select the ‘Relation with Patient’ field. It seems the app is not functioning properly. Additionally, I’m not receiving any OTP on my phone. Overall, the app appears to be poorly developed and inadequately tested.

Inability to utilise this app
While creating account, few tabs are not working as a result u can’t proceed further. It’s not updated version.
Non-functioning product
It ceases to function at the sign up screen which is just astonishing and a first for me for any app.

Pathetic and Misguiding
This is the most pathetic product I have used. I bought the product twice because it did not show the results first time. Trying to register myself and didn’t receive the OTP despite several attempts. Tried to reach the support number and the call is forwarded and then it says that it the number is out of coverage.
What on earth is a customer supposed to do? Do you have any moral responsibility towards your customers? And that too healthcare which is the of utmost importance.

Worst app ever, license expired!
The app goes through everything and then when we have to submit the image, it shuts down saying licence expired. Doesnt work. Don’t waste money buying their antigen test kits
Licence failure
It doesn't give the report t the end. It will compellyou to provide much of personal data and after that it makes you wait till 15 mins. After which it gives an error and asks you tosubmit the test again. Then it will again make you wait till 5 minutes after which you'll again see the same error and you are then stuck in an endless loop of waiting end error. Strictly ssray away from this app or test. Go with some other provider

Can't take photo of the test results
After waiting 15 minutes it will say the scan bot licence is expired. Then what's the point of the test. We can't get the results. So pathetic.

The app is pathetic and doesn't generate the report at the end. You'll have to wait for a long time post which the report will not be generated. And it won't let you can the cassette again or even get the ID so you can reach out to the support team. And this is after giving the a world of personal data which I don't trust them to use safely. Strictly stay away from this test and if you can, use some other provider.
