Useless is correct. The city of Laurel government is no responsive or on the off chance they do respond act like they don’t know what you’re talking about. Concerned about rats during C19? Response is “what rats?”

I was able to submit requests on the old app but I couldn’t find it anywhere on this version. I called in. I don’t mind calling because it keeps people employed. But come on now, it you’re going to have an app at least make it useful.

Several of the links in this app say they are not configured correctly. The old app used to let us submit requests, but this one has nothing of the sort.
