Buggy, unintuitive and clunky.
The app randomly forces you to log out and back in again, for no reason. Also upon reentering the app there’s often a “loading home” box that appears and doesn’t go away until you return to home. It is a terrible app. Most of the widgets simply open a webpage. Attendance check-in works about 50% of the time. App often crashes. Only redeeming feature is Face ID, but that is pointless because you use Face ID to open your phone anyway.

Kind of slow and keeps logging out
I don’t know why it keeps logging me out so often it’s quite annoying I’m just trying to make sure I make it to my timetable on time so I won’t be late
Timetable now opens in browser
The app used to be quite good but in latest versions anytime I want to look at my timetable it opens in browser where I have to sign in multiple times to finally access it. Not a very good feature especially when we are expected to check the timetable regularly.
Infuriating.
Have to type passwords in multiple times in a row in order to access

And it builds up a cache history in the app that overlaps and forgets who’s logged in (only me) and claims invalid login or “already logged in” but it continues to request password input. Infuriating.
The tiles keep moving every time you open the app and so it’s so unintuitive to use.
Update: it now opens to a blank white screen. App is worthless

Glitchy and frustrating. Ironic for a University that offers a User Experience Design course.
So many bugs
Can’t view my timetable without typing my password in an infuriating minimum of 3 times in separate pop ups. That doesn’t matter anyway because my timetable only loaded the first 3 weeks of term and won’t update to any changes. Now timetable-less. Almost missed some lectures. Constantly crashes and needs restarting. The app was fine when it started. I went away for a placement year, came back, now it’s so useless. Please fix, then will amend review.

Please stop tiles appearing in new locations on each launch, why can't they all stay where they were? One day timetable is at the top, the next day it's at the bottom, this is utterly infuriating.
