Freezing when opening

Cannot get past opening page . Frozen . Tried turning phone off /on , deleted app . Nothing is working. Been like this for 2 weeks.

My league disappointment

App worked great until this week when all I get when I tap on the app is The welcome to etc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, turned my phone off and on but nothing works. My daughter and grandson aren’t having an issue, we all have the same iPhone model

Freezing on title page

For the past 2 weeks or so, app freezes on title page. Have deleted it and reloaded it a couple of times and no change. Have turned phone off and on and no change. No problems with other apps. I have an iPhone 11.

Needs more features.

The app needs the ability to add your teams schedule to your phones calendar. Also live activities to follow the scores would be nice too.

Never works

Been having the say something went wrong stuff happening on and off for months now and they can never seem to fix it, also doesn’t help that you can’t see the draws on the website anymore so the app is all you have and it never works

Frustrating

I’m contemplating retiring from coaching to avoid using this App. A group of 15 year old boys are less aggravating than this App.

Can't get through Onboarding

The onboarding screens don't scroll. The button on one of them is below the screen so i can't click it. Such a basic fail. Don't expect your customers to do your testing for you.

New phone new problems with App

New iPhone 17 pro max won’t load team lists message “something is wrong try again later”. Have spent way too much time trying to trouble shoot. Is there an API issue on your end preventing information being pushed through to new devices? There is no tech help available anyway on the app

Thanks for letting us know. That message can be displayed at times when there is a problem with the data entry at the association level. We are actively working with developers to make the error handling more graceful, and also with the associations on how they keep the information up to date. We really appreciate the feedback, and we will continue to monitor and manage the situation to ensure that it reduces in frequency.

Thanks Smithy! The individual player stats are kept on the app by some associations depending on how many volunteers they have. Some associations can keep up, some cannot. The app will display the statistics if they are available for the games. I hope that helps, and maybe you can volunteer to keep the scores someday!

Horrible

Latest update has made an already bad app even worse. Much harder to see where my boys are playing. Have to change the filters every time when previously it was already set to their teams and easy to work out where they playing. Change it back to the previous version at least.

Thanks for the feedback. You should be able to select more than one team under your profile, and see the next game for both on the Home screen. You can also switch between competitions in the match centre. Update 5.0

New update provides a smooth interface which is aligned with similar digital products you use for NRL & state comps. I like how easy it is to add followed teams and their ladder/draw/stats is easy to access. In app browser for MS Manager is efficient and hassle free.

Why

Why did you change the app now I got signed out can’t even sign in through google and on my mates phone it’s the old one I have the new one keep it as it was!!.

Updated on 24/625 now there is no access to team list or future games just says “something went wrong please try again later” when trying to access Match centre
