What’s happened???

I have no idea what’s happened to my app, used to be able to see everything and report issues if need be, but now all I see is my name and address and nothing else. Please sort this LHP

App doesn’t store email addresses. Log-in is impossible, request new password impossible as no email saved to cross reference
