Not able use this app by connecting to any Bluetooth device

I have been this for quite a long time... I am bad experience when making calls by connecting to Bluetooth device. It is make a huge noice and clarity becomes very poor. I was hoping that the app would provide some fix to get this issue resolved. But now I am facing a different problem after the latest IOS upgrade. The app doesn’t even login right now..
